Before pursuing my dream of turning my passion for cooking into a profession I worked in finance for 10+ years and personal trained for 4 Nysc. so I fully understand the hectic schedules of busy professionals and my  goal is to alleviate stress from your lives.

I am dedicated to healthy living and healthy lifestyles, personal trainer since 2005, so i am all about taking care of your temple, so much of what I cook has a healthy component to it.
